Hotel Overview
Location:
Viva Mare Beach is a newly-built four-star hotel in Sozopol, surrounded by green park areas of Santa Marina Holiday Village. The hotel officially opens on June 1st, 2021.
Accommodation:
The hotel has 80 contemporary furnished rooms in five different varieties. Three of them – Double Smart room, Highlight room, and Connecting Smart room – offer possibilities for park or sea view accommodation. The two other types – Family Smart room and Smart studio are with a park view.
In the hotel:
Viva Mare Beach has a restaurant with magnificent views of the sea and the Island of St. Ivan. All facilities and pools in Santa Marina Holiday Village are also available to the hotel guests.
Near the hotel is the Magnolia conference hall with a capacity of 200 seats.

Breakfast
Served between 08:00 h – 10:30 h
- Selection of bread and pastry, dairy products, hot and cold sausages, eggs, fresh vegetables and fruits, variety of cereals, jams, compote, chocolate, honey and desserts;
- Drinks – hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk), mineral water, selection of fruit juices.
Lunch
Served between 12:00 h – 14:00 h
- Selection of pieces of bread, fresh vegetables, salads, seasonal fruits, desserts on buffet;
- Variety of soups and hot meals from the Balkan and Mediterranean cuisines (vegetable and meat-based). A choice of different main dishes is offered and served, without quantity limitation;
- Drinks – hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk), mineral water, selection of fruit juices, Bulgarian draught wine and beer.
Snack
Served between 16:00 h – 17:30 h
- Snacks of the day from our bakery, sandwiches, pizza. Variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables and desserts;
- Drinks – hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk), mineral water, selection of fruit juices, Bulgarian draught wine and beer.
Dinner
Served between 19:00 h – 21:30 h
- Selection of pieces of bread, fresh vegetables, salami and cheeses, salads, seasonal fruits and desserts on buffet;
- Variety of hot starters and main dishes from the European cuisine with different meats, fish, grill, vegetarian and side dishes. A choice of different main dishes is offered and served, without quantity limitation;
- Drinks – hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk), mineral water, selection of fruit juices, Bulgarian draught wine and beer, Bulgarian alcohol – rakia, vodka, gin, mint, rum, mastic, brandy, liqueur, whiskey.
