Hotel Overview

Julie and I wanted to thank you once again for your dedication throughout the planning and our stay in Bulgaria. The whole group truly appreciated the trip.
We appreciated that there was a French speaking guide welcoming us at the airport and having some short explanations about Sofia on the way to the hotel.
Breakfast and food were good. The room/bar next to the lobby for the welcome words was perfect. The Minibuses were in time and the lunch boxes were already stocked in the boot. The three Minibuses have been very useful to access the remoted place in the surroundings.
The guide Ivan was very good and managed to captivate the group.
We appreciated very much that you were reachable and that you helped us. Food and service were finally excellent in the alternative place.
Please let me ad once again that we appreciated very much your help and reachability, when we had a problem during our stay as it happened this time in Bansko, when I lost my wallet.
After a good breakfast we had a wonderful visit of Plovdiv with our guide Vanguel. The coach driver took us safely to the airport.
After all this long words, the participants, the board of SRFB Julie and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We wish you continued enjoyment at work and many fulfilling moments in your life. You were to us a wonderful ambassador for your country.
