- Prices includes: breakfast, FREE WI-FI connection in the hotel area, Ski storage for personal ski equipment in the hotel or on the slopes at Ski center 2 – Malina, Regulated Ski shuttle bus to the ski runs – Ski center 1 – Tourist center, Ski center 2 – Malina and to Ski center 5 – Mechi chal.
- NEW IN THE COMPLEX-BODY&SOUL Spa Lounge package: Swimming pool, Fitness, Steam bath, Aroma herbal steam bath, Ice room, Infrared sauna, Cedar sauna, Herbal sauna, Energy steam sauna, Finland sauna, Jacuzzi /large/, Tropical showers, Chillout lounge, Hammam, Salt room. Supplement (not obligatory, on request); Adults10 euro per person per day. Children 6-14 y.o-5 euro.
- New Year`s Eve Supplement – compulsory. There is no regular buffet dinner on 31.12.20. Rate: 90 EUR pe adult, 48 EUR per child 5-11,9 years
- HB supplement: 21 EUR pe adult, 12 EUR per child 5-11,9 years
- For all reservations is required a 50% deposit within 2 days of receiving a confirmation;
- If the early booking reservations are not paid until the above mentioned deadline, they will be calculated without EB discounts.

Child Policy Notes:
- Children from 5 up to 11.99 years old, accommodated on a regular bed with one full paying adult use 25% discount from the price of a regular bed. There is no discount for NEW YEAR period.
Cancellation Policy Notes:
- In case of cancellations after the specified cancellation period: 50% penalty /except the New Year period*/;
- In case of No-Show in all periods except New Year period*: 80% penalty of the total booking amount;
- In case of cancellations or No-Show in New Year period*: 100% penalty.
- Early departure – 100% penalty.
