Casa Karina apart hotel is located in less than 100 m from the main gondola station, in the footsteps of Pirin mountain, in a calm and quiet area of Bansko. The old town is in a walking distance.

80 premises, 140 beds – double rooms, studios and one bedroom apartments, all with cable TV, shower/WC with hairdryer, telephone, tea/coffee facilities, kitchenettes in the apartments.

In the hotel:

Restaurant  (140 seats), coffee-bar (20 seats), indoor swimming pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, Turkish bath, relax-zone, massage room and sports shop.

Minimum Stay: 3 nights for the weinetr season; 5 nights for the NY period

General Notes:

• The price includes free use of indoor swimming pool (28 – 30°C), fitness, sauna, steam bath, Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel, kids corner with animation. Underground garage with video and limited places: 6.20 EUR for 24 hours. Use of bath robe: 2,60 € for  whole staying with deposit of 15,40 EUR. New Year’s Eve Dinner and show party on 31.12 is obligatory.
• On the New Year’s Eve (31.12.2020) the regular dinner included in the package HB will be not available, NY GALA DINNER is obligatory to be booked: 105 EUR per adult, 55 EUR per child 6-11,9 years
• Reservations with arrival in Christmas season and High season (22.12 – 03.01) must be fully paid until 30.11.2020
• All the reservations (without EB discount) have to be prepaid 3 days after confirmation. Second payment of the EBD is 25 days before arrival.
• Early booking discounts and day promotions are not combinable.

Bank fee is applied additionally:  5 EUR per reservation
Child Policy Notes:

• Child up to 3.99 yrs – free of charge.
• Use of baby cot: 2.60 EUR per night stay.
• 1 аdult + 1 chd (4-11.99) is possible to accommodate in DBL and Studio.

Cancellation Policy Notes:

• Late Cancellation in the periods (01.12-21.12 and 01.03-31.03) – 30 % penalty from the total amount but not less than 50% from 1 night cost.
• Cancellations made 10 to 17 days before arrival of reservations with stays in the periods (22.12-26.12 and 04.01-28.02) –  60 % penalty, less then 9 days before arrival – 100 % penalty.
• Cancellations made 17 to 25 days before arrival of reservations with stay in the period (27.12-03.01) –  60 % penalty, less then 16 days before arrival – 100 % penalty.
• No-show and Early Departure  – 100 % penalty.
