Situated on the beachfront, next to the Riu Helios Paradise, in the north part of Sunny Beach resort. ADULTS ONLY hotel, exclusive to adults over 18 years old. Opening in summer 2019.

All the guest rooms have: Bathroom with shower, bathrobe, special make-up mirror, hairdryer, telephone, free WiFi, satellite TV (flat screen), central air conditioning / heating (depending on season), minibar, electric kettle for coffee and tea, electronic in-room safe, balcony or terrace, sea view.
Superior double rooms with: 2 beds (110 x 200 cm) or 1 king-size bed (220 x 200 cm), sitting area with sofa.
Junior suites with: 1 king-size bed (220 x 200 cm), integrated lounge area with sofa or sofa bed.
Suites: Bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 king-size bed (220 x 200 cm), separate living room with sofa bed.
