Location

Veramar Villas are new villas located in the green zone of hotel Veramar Beach in Kranevo. There are many restaurants and nightclubs on the main street. The beach is 100-120 m wide and stretches to Albena Resort Complex, just a 1.5 km away.

Accommodation

There are 20 + 18 + 6 cottages located in the green zone of hotel Veramar Beach in a quiet and peaceful area. All rooms are equipped with four/two regular beds, one extra bed (sofa bed), air conditioning, SAT TV, Internet and a small verandah.

In the hotel

All guests can use a lobby bar and reception desk at the hotel, also the Veramar Beach restaurant with 125 inside and outside seats, outdoor swimming pool.
A team of animators is on disposal of the guests. It offers various games, entertainment, beach volleyball and evening animation. The Villas operates on Bed and Breakfast or All Inclusive board and offers free 2 sun loungers and 1 parasols per cottages on the beach or on the swimming pool.

Main Meals – buffet style in the main restaurant.

• (07:00-09:00) & (09:05-10:30) – Breakfast
• (12:00-13:30) & (13:35-15:00) – Lunch
• (18:00-20:00) & (20:05-21:30) – Dinner
• (15:00-16:00) – Pizza and snacks;
• (16:00-17:00) – Coffee, tea and small sweets.

Beverages

• (10:00-18:00) – Variety of locally produced alcoholic drinks (Bulgarian beer, whiskey, vodka, gin, brandy, wine), hot drinks, soft drinks, mineral water are offered free at the Pool bar – times may be changed depending on weather conditions.
• (10:00-23:00) – Variety of locally produced alcoholic drinks (Bulgarian beer, whiskey, vodka, gin, brandy, wine), hot drinks, soft drinks, mineral water are offered free at the Lobby.
• During lunch and dinner in the main restaurant are served soft drinks, beer and wine.
• Imported alcoholic drinks are available at bars against payment.

Sport, entertainments and extra services

• Fitness, chess, darts, daytime sport animation and games.
• There is an evening show – 6 days a week. The show starts at 21:00.

For the Children

• Animation for children according animation program – between 10:00 – 12:00h and 15:00 – 17:00h: 6 days a week; children’s playground outdoor, children’s section at the outdoor swimming pool. The children’s animation program is for children between 4 and 12 years old. Unaccompanied children under 4 years old are not allowed. From 20:30 – 21:00 children are going to be amused in a children’s discotheque.
• Baby cots in the room – free of charge.
• Baby chairs in the restaurant – free of charge.

Paid extra services

Safety deposit boxes at reception, telephone, taxi, rent-a-car, doctor, laundry, dry cleaning and parking – in case of availability upon arrival, with no reservation in advance, (limited places, when there is not enough parking places the cars are let to the nearest parking to the hotel).

• VILLAS A – cottages are with tow separate room, tow regular bed in each, individual air condition, mini fridge, satellite TV, hairdryer, WC/ bath. Accommodation: max 4+1 pax;
• VILLAS B – cottages are with one room – two regular bed, individual air condition, mini fridge, satellite TV, hairdryer, WC/ bath. Accommodation: max 2+1 pax;
• VILLAS ECO – cottages are with one room – tow regular bed, with individual air condition, mini fridge, satellite TV, hairdryer, WC/ bath. Accommodation: max 2 pax;
• Extra services against payment: Safety deposit boxes at reception, telephone, taxi, rent-a-car, doctor, laundry, dry cleaning and parking – in case of availability upon arrival, with no reservation in advance, (limited places, when there is not enough parking places the cars are let to the nearest parking to the hotel).
• Early bookings are valid only for reservations with minimum stay 5 nights for stays in the period 24.06-31.08

50 % prepayment of the Early bookings is required right after cut off.

• 1 adult with 1 or 2 children (2 – 11.99 yrs) in Villa Eco or Villa B- each child pays 50% of the regular bed`s price.

Cancellation Policy Notes:

• Late changes and cancellation – 2 nights penalty.
• No-show – 3 nights penalty.
• Early departure – 100% penalty.
