Location

Cozy, modern, comfortable and attractive Duni Royal Resort is located in a beautiful bay of the Black Sea, 40 km southwards of the city of Bourgas. The 4.5 km long and up to 100 m wide beach is covered with fine golden sand and dotted with natural dunes.

Accommodation

Marina Beach hotel is located just behind the wide sandy beach. At guests disposal – 261 premices (Double rooms, Junior suites and Suites), sea or park view, all centrally air-conditioned, with Sat-TV, telephone, fridge, safety deposit box (in room or at the reception), WC/Shower or bathtub, hair dryer, carpet or terracotta floor, balcony or terrace.

– 180 standard rooms (26-28 sq. m., with two single or a king-size bed). Maximum accommodation: two adults and one child up to 12 years, or three adults.
– 62 Junior suites / family rooms (32-36 sq.m, larger room with two beds and a seating area – stretchable sofa bed). Maximum occupancy: two adults and two children under 12 y.o., or three adults and one child under 12 y.o.
– 19 apartments (38-40 sq. m., bedroom with a large king size bed and a separate living room with double sofa bed). Maximum occupancy: two adults and two children under 12 y.o. or three adults.

– The “A-la-carte” restaurants are open 6 days a week.
– The guests of Marina Beach, Pelican, Belleville and Holiday Village can use all the facilities in Duni Royal Resort, except: main restaurant, lobby bar, indoor and outdoor pools in “Marina Royal Palace”.
– The guests of “Marina Royal Palace”  can use all the facilities in the Resort.

• AQUA PARK, open in the period 01 June – 15 September. All aqua park services are included in All Inclusive package.
• Beach: Wide and long beach, with tiny sand and shallow bay, with life-guards, beach umbrellas, sun-beds, showers, changing cabins, towel service, water sport station and medical station.
• Children and adult entertainment, Sports, Buffet meals: breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee and cake, sandwich corner, dinner, domestic brands of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and hot drinks.
• Two A-la-cartes restaurants, open only for dinner, with service (6 days per week, by schedule). A reservation in advance is required, for a fee of 10 BGN per adult and 5 BGN per child (03 – 11,99 years), 1 reservation per minimum 7 nights stay, in one of the two a-la-cartes by choice, and upon availability.   Facilities with local charge: Beach bar-restaurant (on the beach), Pastry shop in Holiday Village, Safety deposit box in the room; Sky bar “ANCIENT OBSERVATORY” in Marina Royal Palace – open in the evening”
• The guests of Marina Beach, Pelican and Holiday Village/Belleville can use all the facilities in the open outlets in Duni Royal Resort, except: main restaurant, lobby bar, indoor and outdoor pools in Marina Royal Palace. The guests of Marina Royal Palace can use all the facilities in the open outlets in Duni Royal Resort.
• Pets are not allowed in the Resort
• Parking – free of charge
• Air Condition – in the period: 15.06-15.09. Out of this period – if it is necessary.
• Promo Suites are with the same space, furniture and comfort as Suites, but with more distance from the beach.
• Name changes will be considered as cancellation of the current reservation and new reservation under new reservation  number has to be made upon availability.
• Early bookings can be free cancelled up to 30 days before arrival.

Covid-19 regulations may lead to change in the offered services!

Child Policy Notes:

• 1 adl + 2 children (0-11.99) in DBL – each child pays 50% from the adult’s price.

Cancellation Policy Notes:

• Less than 12 days prior arrival in the periods 06-14.06 & 11.09-30.09 –  30% of the reservation will be charged;
• Less than 16 days prior arrival in the periods 15.06-30.06 & 01.09-10.09 – 50% of the reservation will be charged;
• Less than 24 days prior arrival in the periods 01.07-31.08 – 60% penalty;
• No show/Early departure for the entire season – 100% penalty.
