Sights

The region abandons natural resources, which allow experiencing alternative forms of tourism, not only SPA – the essential travel aim here.

Trigrad Gorge – a protected area along the same-name river on the Devin-Trigrad Road. The majestic river canyon with vertical walls 300 meters high will take your breath away;
One of the phenomena of Trigrad Gorge is the Devil’s Throat cave, full of legends saying that nothing that has entered its underground labyrinth comes out of it;
Yagodina cave is one of Bulgaria’s most visited caves, much older than the Devil’s Throat;
Worthy of a visit are the ruins of an old Bulgarian fortress from the VI-XIII century in the Kaleto area; in the Lakata area, you may find a medieval settlement.

Nearby is located the Haramiyska Cave, which offers attractive conditions for visiting caves, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, rafting, bird and plant watching, and more.

Shiroka Luka
