Guarantee Terms and Conditions

As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us by e-mail info @ boiana-mg com within 24 hours of sending your booking form through Boiana-mg.com. Your e-mail should include your name and the exact url of the website, where the lower rate is available. The url should be not of the home page, but of the page, where the lower rate is published.
The guarantee only applies for lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when Boiana-mg.com validates your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel (the name of the hotel should be known at the moment of booking) and for the same period (check in and check out dates) as booked through Boiana-mg.com.
If the found lower rate is a part of a promotional package or is a discounted price, the terms of using this promotional/discounted price must concur exactly with the terms of using the same promotional/discounted price of Boiana-mg.com.
The lower rate must be in the same currency.
Boiana-mg.com will not match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through Boiana-mg.com is completed or a deposit is already paid.
If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
